For customers where greater capacity is needed we offer a range of Electric or Gas fired tunnel ovens. These ovens are built in sections and can be transported in one standard 40 foot container – minimising transport costs. Their modular design ensures the ovens are easy to install and maintain.

Airflow pattern controls temperature fluctuations, movement of the garment and crease relaxation, and is therefore the most important selection criteria. The unique vertical air flow design incorporated into all our ovens ensures excellent temperature stability inside the oven whilst ensuring the garments are not disturbed.

A continuous overhead conveyor system is provided with each oven capable of transporting any garment type.

Our ovens are easy to use, accurate and reliable, requiring very little maintenance and servicing. The rugged design ensures the oven can be operated in even the most demanding environments, and our unique modular design provides easy access to essential items such as heaters and fans for maintenance and servicing.
