These large batch ovens have been developed for heat treatment of coated aluminium litho plates used in the printing industry. Each of the ovens is built to provide critical temperature uniformity on the product of ± 2°C throughout the heating cycle. Both temperature and humidity are accurately controlled using a plc system with touch screen controls and data acquisition built in to monitor and record product temperature at up to 24 points in the oven.

Easy access to load and unload the batch oven using a fork lift truck is provided through an insulated roller shutter door. Other features include adjustable air flow, controlled cooling through extraction, welded plate floor and modular design to enable the ovens to be easily transported overseas in containers.
