The conveyor oven is designed and manufactured for drying moisture from components following a pre-treatment process. The components are loaded into baskets on the conveyor which travels through the tunnel dryer and cooler and is designed to accept a maximum evenly distributed load of 480 kg.

After cooling a take off table discharges the baskets onto customers existing roller conveyor.

Installation of the new oven has seen a significant bottleneck disappear in this area and shown an increase in production.

This stainless steel cabinet washer was developed to replace a manual cleaning process for moulds. The process is non-manned and fully automatic with audible and visual cycle complete indication for the operator who is freed to carry out other tasks.

The equipment includes a fully insulated heated tank, 3 stage filtration, pump and water release valve. A sliding tray allows the components to be loaded and unloaded easily through a hinged door with vision panels built in.
