Cabinet Washer

This wash cabinet was designed to be capable of accepting various components with a maximum load of 1.5 Tonnes evenly distributed.

Components are positioned on to a trolley prior to feeding them into the cabinet. When the components are in position the powered trolley is fed into the cabinet and the door closes.

When the door is fully closed the wash cycle starts. Upon completion of the wash cycle the pump stops and following a short drain period the rinse cycle begins. A shot drain period follows the rinse cycle before the cabinet can be unloaded.

The wash and rinse cycle is performed by chain driven spray boom reciprocates moving slowly forward and back on guide rails over the components. At the end of the rinse cycle during the drain period an extract fan runs to remove the moisture laden air.
