Land Rover

Pladrest have supplied two double chamber ovens to Land Rover. The equipment is designed and manufactured for pre-heating automotive wiring harnesses making them pliable and easier to install with the added benefit of tag breakage being reduced significantly and therefore increasing production rate.

The oven is designed to accept a maximum load of up to 16 harnesses loaded into a work trolley, and works at an average temperature of 50ºC.

Fully insulated motorised vertical lift doors are fitted to the front and back of each chamber to allow loading and unloading from each side.
