The Bradford division of BorgWarner Turbo Systems approached Pladrest for assistance when their existing oven facility was in danger of falling over and causing major disruption to production. The 30 year old oven was patched up and subsequent to this BorgWarner placed orders for two ovens to replace the old machine and meet increased production demands.

The electrically heated tunnel oven operates at temperature up to 600ºC and is used for stress relieving turbine blades. Features include indexing conveyor, cooling station, data acquisition and counter balanced vertical lift doors.
